Denial, anger ,guilt, bitterness and acceptance are all the stages of grief that you have to go through in order to heal. Each stage plays an important role in getting you ready to be single and happy again. Think of each as a vital ingredient in baking a cake. If you skip one and the cake will taste nasty.
